However, if you've purchased any 6th-taste products through one of our authorized retail partners, we kindly request that you consult the retailer's return policy. Of course, including a card is a lovely touch! We offer a greeting card option for a small additional fee, including personalising your message. Our team will prepare your message on a note card and enclose it in an envelope. To use this option, select the card choice during checkout and remember to input your personal message in the designated field.

Our factory processes candies containing milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts. While our candy manufacturer diligently cleans and sterilizes our production surfaces, there is a possibility of tiny traces of these allergens being present in our candy.

For gummy candy: To maintain the freshness of gummy candies, store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. A temperature between 15-21°C is ideal for gummy candies.

For hard candy: Hard candies should be stored in an airtight container or a resealable bag to prevent moisture from affecting their texture. Keep them in a cool, dry place at room temperature.

For chocolate candy: Chocolate candies are best stored in a cool, dry place at temperatures between 15-21°C. Avoid storing them in the refrigerator unless absolutely necessary, as temperature fluctuations can cause condensation and affect the chocolate's texture.

For gummy candy: Refrigerating gummy candies is not recommended as they can become sticky. Freezing is also not advisable, as it may change their texture.

For hard candy: Refrigeration or freezing hard candies is generally unnecessary and can introduce moisture. It's best to store them at room temperature in an airtight container.

For chocolate candy: While freezing chocolate candies can extend their shelf life, it may alter their texture and flavor. If you choose to freeze them, wrap them tightly to prevent moisture absorption and thaw slowly in the refrigerator.

For gummy candy: Gummy candies are best stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place to maintain their soft and chewy texture.

For hard candy: Room temperature is ideal for hard candies, as they remain solid and don't require refrigeration or freezing.

For chocolate candy: Room temperature, specifically between 15-21°C, is the recommended storage condition for chocolate candies to preserve their taste and texture.

For gummy candy: Gummy candies typically have a shelf life of 6-12 months when stored properly.

For hard candy: Hard candies can last for 12-24 months or longer if stored in an airtight container and kept away from humidity.

For chocolate candy: Chocolate candies can last anywhere from 6-12 months when stored in optimal conditions. However, they are often safe to eat beyond the "best by" date if stored properly.

Please note that specific shelf life may vary depending on the ingredients used, so always check the packaging for expiration date recommendations.
